Parking Ticket Payment System

How Does This Work?

Please have one of the following items handy before continuing:

  • The parking ticket(s) that you wish to pay
    - OR -
  • A letter from the Ordinance Violations Bureau showing one or more ticket citation numbers and the corresponding vehicle plate number,
    - OR -
  • (City residents only) Your vehicle registration renewal notice letter.

You will also need a valid email address and a credit card. If you do not have the information listed above, please contact the Ordinance Violations Bureau at (603) 624-6546.

Note that it may take up to one business day after a parking ticket is issued to be available for online payment. If you can not locate your ticket and you are sure that the ticket has not been paid, please try again at a later time or contact the Ordinance Violations Bureau at (603) 624-6546.

Terms of Use:

To use our online parking tickets payment service, you must understand and agree to the following terms of use:

Submitting your online request to pay your parking tickets is subject to acceptance by the City. Online submissions do not constitute a contract or requirement for the City to comply with your requests. Until the City receives the funds representing your payment, your ticket(s) are not considered paid. Missing or incorrect information, data transmission problems, and other causes may delay or prevent the processing of your payments. Payments that are rejected or reversed for any reason may result in additional fees being assessed to you.

Payments are normally credited within one business day of being submitted. In the event of any problems or questions, we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone, but the City is not liable if, for any reason, we are unable to do so or if you do not respond to such communications. It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received confirmation of your payment within 10 days of your online submission, and to comply with State of NH Laws regarding the registering and operation of your vehicles.

If your vehicle has been immobilized or towed, please do NOT submit your payment online. Instead, please contact the Ordinance Violations Bureau at (603) 624-6546.

If your vehicle has three or more tickets and a balance of $100 or more, then your vehicle is on the "boot list". Should your vehicle become immobilized ("booted") before your payment is posted, you will still be responsible for the boot removal fee plus any other costs associated with the immobilization. As payment is not considered made until posted to the database, you may want to pay in person to avoid this possibility.

I agree with the terms listed above and wish to pay my parking tickets online.
